Making Our Own Products

Brad and Lisa are so very happy that our new milk processing plant is finally complete! 

It is located in front of our milking parlor at the farm on Firetower Road in Colora, Maryland. 

 

The back half of the ice cream shop was getting too small for ice cream making, so we have moved ice cream production to the building a couple miles away. 

We are also bottling our own milk there, as well. 

Lamer from Agri-Service LLC demonstrates to Kimmy the control panel for milk pasturizing.

The glass bottles are better for the quality of the milk and the environment.
